After analyzing the small business system it was found out that only some businessmen propose insurance profits to their workers. Maybe it was provoked by the economic crisis when a lot of little firms have to close. Those that appeared after tried to replace them and tried to take their position.
The weak economy caused a lot of small firms to close, while the new firms cropping up to replace them are less likely to offer benefits. Many small businesses are also hesitant to add new benefits until the economy improves,
said Kim Landry, research analyst of LIMRA. More then 70 percent of businesses are in family owning. As the researches showed they provided their workers with all needful insurance benefits, not saying a word about some other kind of firms. Such situation can be caused because of the small businesses worker’s stuff. It’s not always large that’s why their owners are not interested in this problem much. Still there exist some small firms that take care about people’s security. Their owners propose insurance benefits to the employers.
These benefits provide an opportunity for small business owners to obtain coverage not only for their employees, but also for themselves and their families,
as Landry noted.
So, such businessmen protect not only themselves, but the people too.
